A very fine gilt brass and silver plated stem Bowl, 19th Century, probably by Elkington & Co., the bowl interior in gilt brass, the exterior profusely chased with Medieval battle scenes, figures loading battle ship and chained prisoners being led to the ship, the circular base chased with numerous musical and battle trophies and lion masks and an outer band of flowers and fruit, 5"h x 6 1/4"d (12.5cms x 16cms).
