An Irish 19th Century Georgian style mahogany lift top Blanket Chest, probably by Butler of Dublin, the moulded rim with front ornate brass escutcheon and with side carrying handles on separate base with two frieze drawers with ornate Chippendale style handles, on a heavily carved apron with birds, leaves, shell etc., terminating on paw feet, approx. 122cms wide x 109cms high x 66cms deep (48" x 43" x 26").
