A highly important 18th Century large silver crested Salver, by Richard Rugg 1st, London 1761, the centre section with an etched crest depicting a lions paw grasping a scepter above monogram (H.M.) Henry Milward (family), and floral bouquet surround, the exterior conforming border with birds, and interfloral decoration, the wide edge with pierced decorated design in the chinoiserie style with pagodas, birds, figures, etc., approx. 68cms (27") diameter, approx. 163 ounces, (some repair).
