50 male, youngest 13 years, 16 female, youngest 13 years for Trial at Carlow. Detailing prisoner's names, age, crime, date of committal, by whom committed and comment "bailed or custody." Among the crimes recorded are - stealing potatoes, hens, bread, turnips, honey, beef, fleece of a stolen sheep and a gold ring. Four of the prisoners are charged with stealing from James Meyler of Waterford the sum of "One hundred & forty pounds, nineteen shillings & one penny, three farthings. (1)
