To which is appended "An Essay on Poetry," by F. Howard. Liverpool: A. Holden, Church Street. 1864. Green pebbled cloth, blind-stamped, titled in gilt on upper cover, spine untitled. A handsomely produced volume. The portrait of the author is a real photograph, laid down opposite t.p., with a printed signature; seven attractive lithographic drawings with tissue guards.
