Four volumes, leather-bound, containing records of the Company during the 19th Century, leather bound:
· Treasurer’s Account Current Book, containing details of income and expenditure from 1814 to 1874;
· Letter book, containing copies of letters from 1840 to 1874, signed by the company’s secretaries, successively Anthony Perrier and James B. Perrier;
· Transfer Book “no. 2”, containing details of the transfer of shares in the company, generally on the death of a shareholder, from 1857 to 1894; 292 entries;
· Index of subscribers as of 25 March 1874.
A record of significant Cork interest, involving several hundred individuals in the city and neighbourhood.
Also: a bound copy of the act for liquidating the Munster Bank and transferring its assets to the Munster and Leinster Bank, 1887.
