An important 18th Century Irish Provincial Coffee Pot, of attractive embossed floral decoration in the rococo taste, the hinged domed lid with spiral finial 'S' scroll handle, crested and monogrammed on main body, with 'Wild Boar,' 'W.R.N.,' on socle type base, hallmarked, W.R. Sterling (William Reynolds, Cork,) approx. 28cms (11") high, approx. 31 ounces. (1)
