(a) a 9ct gold circular Munster Medal with pierced centre and heavy Celtic engraving, Iomaint na Mioniur 1939, Corc a Bua-E. Young, by Roche of Cork.
(b) a 9ct gold circular Munster Medal with pierced centre and heavy Celtic engraving Peil Soisearach, 1940, Corcaigh a buadh, by M.R.;
(c) a 9ct gold circular Munster Medal with pierced centre and Celtic engraving Peil Sinnsear 1945 – Corcaigh, by J.M. (John Millar);
(d) a fine 9ct gold All-Ireland Medal, Craobh Peile na h-Eireann 1945 – Corcaigh a buaidh, in the G.A.A. Celtic cross style, with overlaid harp in centre, engraved in the Celtic style, by John Millar.

* Eamon Young was born in Dunmanway, Co. Cork. He was a member of the winning Munster S.F.C. in 1943 and also took part in the County’s 3rd All-Irealnd success in 1945 by beating Cavan in the final to capture “Sam”. He won two Railway Cup Medals in 1941 and 1946. His father Jack was a member of the A.I.S.F.C. Cork Team that won in 1911. His brother Jim was a successful hurlery with Cork.
