Rugby Photograph: An original photograph of Jack Kyle about to score his famous try against France at Ravenhill on 24th January 1953, approx. 14.5cms x 19.5cms. The photograph is signed ‘Jack W. Kyle. With Best Wishes January 1953.’ Very good & Rare.
* A contemporary scribe penned the verse below, parodying ‘The Scarlet Pimpernel,’
“They seek him here they seek him there,
Those Frenchmen seek him everywhere,
That Paragon of pace and guile,
