* Douglas (former undisputed Champion) caused one of the most shocking upsets in Sports history when he knocked out undefeated champion Tyson on the 11th of February 1990. Due to Tyson’s sheer dominance in the division, Douglas was a ranked outsider at 42/1 underdog.

Boxing: Muhammad Ali & Joe Frazier, a size 16, red, unused Everlast left hand boxing Glove. With the signatures of Muhammad Ali on top and Joe Frazier underneath. Both clean examples. A very desirable item. (1)
* Both boxing legends arranged a famous fight in the Araneta Colisieum on the 1.10.75, in Manila. This was at the height of both their careers which was always a media whirlwind.
The Fight was called off in the Fifteenth Round due to the gruelling contest, Frazier insisted on continuing, shouting “I want him Boss,” Ali was declared victor and he fainted shortly afterwards. In a brief post Fight Interview, Ali said “He (Frazier) is the Greatest Fighter, next to Me.”

* The fight took place in the Jungles of Zaire on 30th of October 1974. The fight pitted former World Champion Foreman & Challenger Ali. This event was Don King’s first venture as a promoter. After a hard fought eight rounds Ali eventually put Foreman to the ground. After the fight Ali declared to the World once again he was “The Greatest.”
